Shower The People With Love

the  day of Hudson's first Baby Shower hosted by 4 very special ladies in my life.
Trish, Keren, Marci, and Kourtny put their brains together and blew me away with their generosity, love, craftiness, and some delicious food and drinks.

Everything was wonderful and encompassed so many aspects of his nursery. It was THE perfect day.

 Sweet Megs. Baylor friends and sorority sisters. This girl flew in from Chicago at 2am and drove from Dallas, just for this. I am blessed!

 4 Baylor friends and roommates. I still can't believe they made the trip down/up to Waco. I hadn't seen one of them (I won't mention names) in almost 7 years! We all picked up right where we left off.

 Each guest was asked to leave a message for Hudson on an arrowhead and then sign the back. The arrowheads will now be attached to the shadow box and it will be hung in his nursery. I love having these special notes, prayers, and uplifting messages to look at.

 Kellye and Kinley became fast friends.

 Sadly, I didn't get a picture with the hostesses or many other guests. I guess I was busy talking too much and enjoying all of the lovely details they put together.

It was a beautiful party and I was surrounded by friends and family that love us. I don't think there is any better way to celebrate the upcoming arrival of Hudson than being surrounded by ones that have loved, prayed, and supported us for most of our lives.
